Eat that frog not means we are going to eat this its a way to pay our attention to the work that we are doing. Eating the frog means to just do it , otherwise the frog will eat you meaning that you will end up procrastinating it the hole day.”For self help to brain attention on work with great time management.

What is Pomodoro Technique?

The Pomodoro Technique developed in 1990s by Francesco Cirillo, its name from the common tomato shaped kitchen timer that is a time management method that uses to break down their work into intervals,traditionally 25 minutes in length ,separated by short breaks . First thing to make a list of a day to fight procrastination then apply the pomodoro technique on it.

1:choose your task and total time to work on it.

2: Set a timer 25 minutes .

3:work on the task for 25 minutes

4:Take a 5 minutes break and make yourself a food item.

5:Take a 20/30 minutes break after completing the above Pomodoro.

Have you eaten your frog ?

yes I have eaten my today frog when i followed this technique to done my task some distractions disturbed me but i overcome that.

First when this activity starts at the time when i was reread-ed the comments that i posted on the online course 1 &2 . I set the promodoro timer at 25 minutes and than started to the work. when i was doing this i experienced many distraction.

In early 3 minutes my friend calling me continuous after talk with her calmness(she was not discus any thing important). I spent almost 5 minutes talking her . After that i moved back to the my work that i am doing.Its has been 9 minutes distraction, then My Father calls me to ask about the task that he was assigned me . Now again i moved back to my work .Its had been 10 minutes than i take few minutes break for satisfaction of my mind.So now 10 minutes have been passed than i again go back to my work the last minuets to do the work.And than i eat my favorite food items like Lays and snakes. And finally i done my work.

After that i start my daily routine work like clean my room suddenly i thought that its time to teach my sisters and brothers than i teaches them with great passion . we always enjoyed this teach and learnt session because i cant teach them in typically we make fun and enjoying this activity because in this ways they understood me and pay full attention on their studies this task take 1 hour and 30 minutes. And than i am doing my College study because my final exams are on head i pay my full attention on it .

And the last distraction is that on my study my younger sister was suddenly too much sick . Lot of bleeding was on his nose so Me and My bring her at the city hospital. Its distraction distributes me too much because its serious case.

Conclusions.

This technique helps me a lot to do work on time in a decent manner . I have done my work before eating my frog with pomodoro technique . I felt satisfactory to stop my procrastination by making a list of my work and i starts it with the help of timer .

However i will try my best to apply this technique in my future life and hopefully its very helpful for me in my practical life .
